I’ve started to run at night and am enjoying it, winding through dark forests and trails and meeting UFO lit dogs.

I used a head lamp and gave up with it after noticing that my head shakes a lot and the light wiggles and gives no direction. So I wouldn’t advise a head lamp. You can waste a fortune on head lamps.

I’ve switched to a chest mounted lamp and love it. It’s USB charged and has a red lamp at the back and a bright white lamp at the front. It has two modes flashing and constant.
