I’ve downloaded the first FREE Men’s Health App called Primal 9.  A combination of videos and meal plans by athlete Ross Edgily. The subsequent issues are charged for but I thought the quality of this App looked good at face value. Worth downloading Primal 9 at Play or Apple store to look at the first issue. Please try the FREE issue BEFORE committing £47 . The reviews are mixed online.
