Sixpad 4 week challenge!

It has arrived!  A demo pack of the heavily marketed Ronaldo Sixpad pack complete with gels and a waist belt. I’m preparing for holiday so I have four weeks to improve my stomach muscles for that beach body starting today.

I have discussed two programs with the folks at Sixpad :

Programme 1 : Just use the Sixpad and no core exercise.

Programme 2: Core exercises, a stricter diet than my already strict diet and the Sixpad.

Sixpad said choose Programme 2 for the best results.

My diet will go from :

  1. Low sugar to very low sugar.
  2. Some red meat to no red meat.
  3. Bread to no bread.

I’ll be using the core exercises recommended by the Jabra Sports Pulse App .
